Within 30 minutes, I received a call back.
I will give you the phone number of the owner of the land. Can you talk about it first?”
I see. So this is a system where you can talk to the land owner right away, and if things go well, you can rent the land.

I immediately called the land owner.
After a brief, awkward self-introduction, I said, “I am thinking of farming with natural farming methods. I plan to let the grass grow as much as I want.”

It was an unexpected and sudden turn of events.
Since I happened to be within a 15-minute drive, I replied that I would head there immediately.
